Year 2020. The world was in the middle of a pandemic, filled with people taking refuge behind screens. Digital connections increased more than ever, but alongside them, invisible threats also multiplied. It was during this period that Aydın Narin, while working on a cybersecurity thesis, asked himself a different question:

"Technology has entered our lives so much, but are young people especially aware of digital threats?"

Academic studies, technical reports, and statistics alone were not enough. A different language was needed to create awareness. Something that young people could understand, feel, and identify with.

The answer was hidden in the birth of a character: SİBERMEN.

The power of the word Cyber and the sense of protectiveness evoked by a hero combined. SİBERMEN — the guardian of the digital world, the face of cybersecurity awareness.

This was not just a name. It could turn into a movement that young people could embrace and stand behind. The idea emerged for a character that would live not in training halls, but on screens, in stories, and in games.

SİBERMEN was created to take cybersecurity beyond being an ordinary technical subject and into a language that everyone can understand and identify with. The primary goal is to create awareness especially among students and young people.

Because the strongest firewall is a conscious human mind.
